Nurturing Potential is a specialist support service dedicated to helping children and young people build confidence, reach their academic potential and make informed decisions about their future.
We provide personalised support across education, developmental needs and career pathways, recognising that every learner is different. Our approach combines practical guidance, encouragement and tailored support to help individuals move forward with confidence.
We also work with a small team of trusted, experienced tutors, carefully matched to support learners across a range of subjects, abilities and individual needs.
Founded and led by a practitioner with a BSc in Speech and Language Pathology and over 7 years' experience across SEND, education, children's services and recruitment. Nurturing Potential brings together expertise, compassion and a strong understanding of the different pathways available to children and young people.
